Cake Care
All cakes are made fresh to order and are best to enjoy upon pick-up and at most one day after. Cakes should be refrigerated at all time before serving. If you do not finish your cake, you can cute your cake into smaller portions and wrap them in plastic wrap or store them in an airtight container to avoid the cake layers from drying out in the fridge.
Treats Care
Macarons: You can store macarons in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 8 weeks. Thaw the macarons to room temperature before enjoying for best taste. Macarons coming from the fridge usually takes 15-20 minutes to thaw and 20-40 minutes coming from the freezer. Keep in mind that macarons will tend to lose the almond flavor over time and are best to enjoy as soon as possible.
Tiramisus: Tiramisus are made with fresh ingredients and are best to enjoy right away. You can store tiramisus in the fridge for up to 3 days upon pick-up or freeze tiramisus for up to 4 weeks. Thaw the tiramisu in the fridge if it is coming from the freezer. Please note that freezing tiramisus will tend to make layers a lot more soft due to water separation from the cream.
Baked Yogurt Cheese Cake: Cakes are made fresh and are best to enjoy upon pick-up and at most one day after. Store any leftovers in an airtight container or with plastic wrap. Cheese layers will tend to harden over time due to fridge temperature and might separate from cake layers, making it more dense and dry. You can heat up the cake in the microwave for 20-40 seconds to get the layers to combine and cool in the fridge again before enjoying for best taste.
